  3. Congratulations lovebooks21! You’ve won this auction item!

By January 10, 2013, please make your donation of $800 to the American Red Cross or other 501(c)(3) Sandy relief charity (that provides e-mail confirmation), then send your receipt to me at klionetti@bookends-inc.com with “Auction Donation” as your subject heading. At that time I’ll put you in touch with Jessica.

Please note that if the donation receipt isn’t received by 1/10/13, we will assume you’re forfeiting this auction item.

  4. But I posted $800 before lovebooks that doesn't make sense and the other bids that were higher were after mine.

  6. Thank you so very much for organizing this auction and donating your time!

Would it be okay if I donated the equivalent amount to the Canadian Red Cross Hurricane Sandy relief fund? I'm having trouble with my Canadian address on the American site?
